Yes. Following an initial site visit to assess your garden and discuss your requirements, we provide a detailed written quotation at no cost and with no obligation.

How far in advance should I book?

During peak season (spring and summer), we recommend booking regular maintenance at least two weeks ahead. For larger projects like landscape design, earlier consultation allows better planning.

What happens in bad weather?

Light rain rarely stops us, but we postpone work in heavy rain or dangerous conditions. Affected appointments are rescheduled at no additional cost, usually within the same week.

Do I need to be home during visits?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide access arrangements that allow us to work while they are away. We simply ask for clear instructions regarding entry points and any specific areas to avoid.
